課程概述 |
This course will introduce the basic concepts of environmental economic, including public goods, problem of externalities, market solutions, efficiency, and etc. The course will also review current environmental issues, and apply environmental economics to manage the economic activity and the natural environment. |

課程目標 |
The goal of this course is to define the field of environmental economics and to give students examples of how economics can be used as an approach to solve environmental problems, and why in some cases it fails to work properly. |
